Oggy "lost" against Jack, so he had to go restore the fire. When they reached the walls, they chose who had to go by playing a game. Even on the way, Oggy was just taking a bath in a pool until a swarm of piranhas attacked him. It almost bit him, but DeeDee ate it all up.
